They say the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach.

When it comes to your wedding menu, our chef, Jürgen Bartl, will melt the hearts of the men and women on your guest list. Of course, we can also help you pick fine wines to accompany your menu. And to prevent your guests feeling hungry late at night, we can also serve a midnight snack: a hearty goulash soup, chilli con carne or cheeseboard.

  • Medium roast saddle of venison in a walnut and herb coating with basil and grape vinaigrette and poached spiced pear

  • Grilled Arctic char on chorizo risotto with Thai asparagus
  • Whole-roast rack of veal on creamy wild mushrooms broccoli florets and potato cakes
